The agent only has access to the group chats it has been added. This preserves the privacy of shared information. You can ask the admin to add the bot. It does not cost them anything unless they want to ask for a summary themselves.
If you have premium access, you can select the time period for the summaries. For free users, summaries are always over the last 24 hours. The summaries are created per group chat.
No, you pay a monthly flat fee to talk with the agent 1:1. With this you can get summaries of every group chat you and the agent are members of. To get summaries for free, ask for them in the group chat itself.
If the group admin did not add the bot and you did not receive any summaries from another group chat, we will refund you. Reach out to us via email and mention your telegram username.
